My Building- (Including additions of Texture)

THE FINAL ONE..

EVALUATION: This model was based on my sixth sketched section with a few changes made to the underground section. The top three parts which are above ground level is where the storage, construction and making of the piano occurs. The Third pyramid on the left has stairs and a lift which ring the piano down to the exhibition room. underground area is the kitchen. It is made out of concrete to keep warm and the opening of the stairs into the exhibition allows for circulation of air but air quality would still not be great. This building lack curvature however its sleek, point and straight appearance is one that alludes to sophistication and at the same time the act of assembling. Due to its alternating structural elements of glass and plaster, it has a very 'busy' façade and therefore the terrains and ground was left simple and sleek. Overall there are many improvements that could be made aesthetically as well and functionally, challenging the conventional barriers of architecture. However, in respect to this project, the use of texture and stairs alongside the functionality of three level was of most relevance to the project.
